EXCLUSIVE: Renaissance Speed X ARP Custom Age 625 Plus Head Studs

ARP Custom AGE 625+ studs are the highest quality studs available and are recommended for any builds running 40 psi or more of boost! This super-alloy has superior fatigue cycle life, complete resistance to corrosion/oxidation, and immunity to hydrogen embrittlement. Tensile strength is 280,000 psi versus 145,000 psi from the stock 10.9 grade bolt. The CA 625+ also has a higher Modulus of Elasticity (30 ksi x 10³) than Inconel 718, proving its resistance to being stretched. This means we can apply a greater clamping force between the cylinder head and the short block under extreme pressure, ensuring you will not lift a head while racing.

The material used for our main studs, ARP 2000 is what most engine builders choose to use for their higher stressed head stud material. ARP 2000 has a tensile strength of 220,000 psi vs the stock 145,000 psi. Like the CA 625+ used for our connecting rod bolts and head studs, this material is over qualified for the application
