Renaissance Speed, LLC is not liable for voided warranties after installation of our products.

THIRD PARTY INSTALLATION AND REPAIRS

Renaissance Speed, LLC is not responsible for any installation errors performed outside of their facilities. 

PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS AND ASSOCIATED RISKS

Customer understands that some products are for off-road/race use only.

Customer is responsible for making sure vehicle modifications are legal in their respective state(s).

It is the responsibility of the customer to understand which products may potentially render their vehicle unable to pass emissions compliance. 

Customer agrees to adhere to all safety procedures and obey all road rules and regulations.

Customer is fully aware that speeding and/or reckless driving can be a contributing factor in a vehicle accident and may result in property damage, bodily injury and potential death.  In the event of speeding and/or reckless driving, the customer agrees to hold Renaissance Speed,LLC harmless and not liable.

GOOD FAITH REPAIR

Renaissance Speed, LLC takes every effort to have products and vehicles meet and exceed expectations.  However, despite these efforts, issues may arise without notice. If issues do arise, the customer agrees to immediately notify Renaissance Speed in writing and defer to their resolution guidance, without inclusion of any third parties.  As a part of this process, in good faith, the customer agrees to refrain from any negative publicity, including, but not limited to, social media, video hosting providers and internet forums.

If any products provided by Renaissance Speed need to be replaced, as mutually agreed, Renaissance Speed will provide said replacement product at the current discounted employee rate (to be determined at time of invoicing).  Renaissance Speed is not responsible for any labor costs associated with product replacement.

EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES

Renaissance Speed, LLC is not responsible for delays due to weather conditions, flooding, fires, packages delayed in transit, medical incidents, pandemic delays, supplier part delays or mechanical failures.

SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All sales are final and non-refundable.
