VSR BALANCED
The entire CHRA / rotating assembly is high-speed balanced on a Vibration Sorting Rig at speeds past 200,000 RPM to isolate and eliminate harmonic disturbances and oil leaks. Perfect balancing is absolutely vital to prevent excessive wear, oil consumption, slower spool, and failure over time. OEM tolerances are known for being outstanding but OEM turbos are balanced within a certain threshold – pushing beyond this threshold as you start to significantly increase power can lead to a shorter turbo life. VSR balancing allows Pure Turbos to ensure quality at record setting levels and beyond.
✔ RENAISSANCE SPEED TESTED
The Renaissance Speed MP4-12C ran Pure Turbo upgraded turbos and broke a record at 832 rwhp. At a WannaGoFast event we took second place and set a new world record at 177 mph in the 1/2 mile despite a failed intercooler pump, 198 deg IAT’s, and an upset clutch. We outran several modded 720S at the event! Reliability and performance was top notch.
CORE EXCHANGE
Pure Turbos utilizes your factory turbo cores and upgrades them in-house. If you can’t afford the downtime, you have the option of paying a core charge which is refunded upon receiving your factory turbos back in acceptable condition.
