The only McLaren upgraded front heat exchangers, designed with thick 76 mm High Density cores for a 34% increase in Internal Volume. The aircraft-grade, full aluminum construction, maximizes thermal transfer that results in a 22% drop in coolant temperature for your water intercoolers. Increased air density yields more power, which is why these are an ideal upgrade for those with upgraded intercoolers.

Launch Announcement: ARMORY - Trusted Source in McLaren Restoration

You have spoken and we have listened. We understand that everyone is not looking to push the performance envelope of their McLaren. We have had several McLaren owners reach out over the last year or so with various powertrain related issues: low compression, metal debris in oil, broken valvetrain finger followers, snapped connecting rods, stripped synchro, etc.

As far as we are aware, no other company has invested the time, resources and knowledge to provide properly-engineered OE-level replacement options, until now…

Our team has been busy over the last few months gearing up for our new restoration specific line, called ARMORY. This includes designing new bespoke parts with factory power levels in mind, with the likes of our OEM suppliers Mahle, Pankl, Samco etc. As well as purchasing state-of-the-art inspection equipment, installation tooling and ultrasonic cleaners.

The initial offering will be replacement short blocks and replacement cylinder heads for either a partial or full rebuild. Both of these options will be a flat-fee and include a warranty.

Moreover, since we have built up an inventory of spare engine blocks and cylinder heads, we will be building McLaren engines and cylinder heads in advance for our new “Buy today, Ship tomorrow” engine program. We have partnered with UPS and DHL to be able to send you McLaren engines to most places in the world within 7 days or less.

This is a major milestone for our company, so we hope this will give some peace of mind that there is proper support for McLaren in the aftermarket.

This means more oil volume, less intake heat-soak and better engine cooling for the most demanding race applications.
